Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Steak sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix first 9 ingredients.
Shape into 24 balls; brown on all sides in 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet.
Remove meatballs.
Add remaining butter to drippings in skillet.
Add green pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Blend flour.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Put meatballs back in skillet.
Bring to a boil; cover.
Simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
