Spicy Cocktail Meatballs
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Slice Bread)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Liver spread||4 3⁄4 Ounce (Use 1 Can)|
|Corn chips||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Frozen avocado dip||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)|
Combine egg, bread crumbs, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef and liver spread; mix well.
Shape into 3/4-inch meatballs.
Place in covered container and chill overnight.
Roll meatballs in crushed corn chips.
Bake in shallow bak-ing pan in 350Â° oven about 20 minutes.
Serve hot with avocado dip, spearing with cocktail picks.
Garnish with fresh hot peppers, if desired.
