Meatballs And Beans
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned ranch style beans||17 Ounce (1 can, No. 303 size)|
Mix together meat, milk, crumbs, salt and pepper; form into balls.
Place meatballs in skillet; cover with onion.
Cover skillet; brown meatballs on all sides.
Add catsup and beans; simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through
