Easy Glazed Ham Balls

Ingredients
  Ground ham 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Cracker crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Evaporated milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ham, pork, cracker crumbs, eggs, milk, salt, thyme and onion, using an electric mixer.
Divide into 16 portions.
Roll each portion into a ball.
Place in a shallow 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in a saucepan.
Cook over medium high heat until boil ing.
Pour syrup over ham balls.
Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
