Cocktail Meatballs In Beer Sauce
|Lean beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon (For Browning)|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Process the beef with the metal blade, one cup at a time, until finely chopped.
Season with salt and pepper and form into firm 1inch balls.
Brown in oil in a skillet.
Place in a chafing dish or fondue pot with remaining ingredients.
Guests serve themselves directly from the chafing dish with toothpicks.
