Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 3 Pound
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced
  Dry bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Shape one third of meat mixture by level tablespoonfuls into 1 inch balls.
Place in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 inch.
Bake in 400° oven until done, about 10 minutes.
(Can be served immediately.About 8 dozen meatballs.) Cool about 5 minutes.
Freeze uncovered 15 minutes.
Place partially frozen meatballs in 1quart freezer container.
Cover, label and return to freezer.
Repeat 2 times.
