Porcupine Meatballs With Monosodium Glutamate

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine and mix lightly beef, rice and onion; add mixture of salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls: place in2 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour Tomato Sauce over meatballs.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
