|Pepper white||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Shortening/Butter||1 Tablespoon (Alter Quantity As Required)|
Grind veal and pork together several times.
Put in a large bowl.
With your electric beater at low speed, add flour, salt, and pepper.
Add eggs one at a time, still at low speed.
Add cream and milk.
In large skillet brown onion in 1 tablespoon butter just 5 minutes.
Add this mixture to meat.
Mix enough so that meat can be easily handled.
Shape meat into oval cakes; brown on both sides, adding extra shortening if needed.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes.
Because pork is included, these meatballs must be thoroughly cooked.
