|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spaghetti sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook spinach; drain well.
Mix all remaining ingredients except sauce; form into balls about 2 inches in diameter.
Roll in flour; brown in shortening.
Cook in favorite spaghetti sauce over low heat or bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
May substitue 1 can diluted mushroom soup with 1/2 soup can Chianti or sherry for spaghetti sauce
