Savory Meatballs

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees;F.
In large bowl, combiner all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
For 24 large meatballs: Shape beef mixture into 24 meatballs; place on rack in broiler pan.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven 25 to 30 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Use meatballs to prepare Spaghetti and Savory Meatballs and Zesty Meatball Sandwiches; or freeze up to one month for later use.
For 64 appetizer-size, meatballs: Shape beef mixture into 64 (1 inch) meatballs; place on rack in broiler pan.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clears .
Use meatballs to prepare Mini Meatballs in Roasted Red Pepper Sauce or Mini Meatballs in Cranberry Peach Sauce, of freeze up to one month for later rise:
