Have you ever tried this wonderful Porcupine Meatballs babas. I often make it as a treat for my family especially for special occasions. Try making this Porcupine Meatballs for yourself!
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Uncooked rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Minced onion||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix 1/4 cup tomato soup with ground beef, rice, egg, onion and salt.
Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Brown in shortening.
Blend in remaining soup and water.
Simmer about 40 minutes or until rice is tender; stir occasionally.
