|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Long grain rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Combine egg and 1/4 cup of the soup.
Stir in the uncooked rice, onion, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Place in 10-inch skillet.
Combine remaining soup, worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup water; add to skillet.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 35 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
