Sweet-Sour Meatballs

Sweet and sour meat balls are prepared with a pineapple and brownsugar meatball sauce that is poured over the meatballs. Cooked in a microwave, with green peppers and soy sauce along with vinegar, the sweet and sour meatballs can be served with rice or noodles.
Ingredients
  Meatballs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare and microwave Meatballs.
Mix corn starch and pineapple (with syrup) in 4 cup glass measure.
Stir in green pepper, brown sugar vinegar and soy sauce.
Microwave 2 minutes stir.
Microwave to boiling, 1 1/2 minutes.
Boil un til thickened and translucent, 2 1/2 to 31/2 minutes.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Microwave un covered until meatballs are hot, 4 to 5 minutes.
