|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare and microwave Meatballs.
Mix corn starch and pineapple (with syrup) in 4 cup glass measure.
Stir in green pepper, brown sugar vinegar and soy sauce.
Microwave 2 minutes stir.
Microwave to boiling, 1 1/2 minutes.
Boil un til thickened and translucent, 2 1/2 to 31/2 minutes.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Microwave un covered until meatballs are hot, 4 to 5 minutes.
