This Chicken And Meatballs taste incredibly good with rice and noodles! You can conveniently make the Chicken and Meatballs on busy days also as it will remain fresh for a long time. Try out and let me know!
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium
  Green pepper 1
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef/Veal 1 Pound
  Onion 1
  Frying chicken 1
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Saute celery, 2 chopped onions, and green pepper in margarine in a large skillet.
Set aside.
Mix ground meat with minced onion and seasonings to taste.
Form into meatballs.
Season chicken pieces liberally.
Place meatballs on vegetables in skillet.
Place chicken on top of meatballs.
Add enough water to cover meatballs only.
The chicken will steam.
Cover skillet, cook at least 1 hour.
You may want to simmer this longer.
When chicken is tender, the dish is done.
This can all be prepared in the morning and reheated at mealtime.
