Baked Meatballs In French Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  French wine sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a bowl combine the ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, instant minced onion, eggs, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Mix together until blended; shape into balls, using about 2 tablespoons mixture for each.
Place on a greased, rimmed baking pan, cover, and chill well.
When ready to bake place cold meatballs in a 500 c oven for about 12 minutes or until well browned and just slightly pink inside.
Arrange the rice on a serving platter, top with meatballs, and pour the wine sauce evenly over all.
