  Ground round steak 1 Pound
  Pork sausage meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Teaspoon

Combine meat, crumbs, milk, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape into firm, small balls, using rounded teaspoonful of mixture for each.
Heat oil in frying pan, and brown a few balls at a time, turning frequently for even coloring.
Transfer to shallow casserole.
To remaining fat in frying pan (add more if necessary to make 2 tablespoons) add green pepper and garlic.
Cook, stirring, 5 minutes; discard garlic.
Add pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce.
Blend cornstarch and cold water.
When juice mixture reaches boiling point, stir in cornstarch; cook and stir until smooth.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Set covered casserole in 325°F. oven, and cook about 30 minutes.
Serve with Fluffy Rice.
