Buttermilk Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine ground beef, milk, crumbs, onion, 1 tea- spoon salt and pepper.
Shape into 16 balls.
Brown well on all sides in 2 tablespoons butter.
Remove meatballs from pan.
Add remaining butter.
Blend in flour, sugar and remaining salt.
Add buttermilk and mustard; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Return meatballs to sauce.
Cover; simmer for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are done.
