Ham Balls

Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground cooked ham 1 Pound
  Cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For raisin sauce
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, add the first 6 ingredients.
4 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
5 Shape the mixture into ten 2 1/2 inch balls.
6 Arrang the balls in the prepared baking dish.
7 Bake for 15 minutes.
8 Meanwhile, prepare the raisin sauce: In a small saucepan, add all the sauce ingredients.
9 Cook the mixture, stirring constantly over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
10 Pour the Raisin Sauce over ham balls.
11 Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
12 Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
13 Baste occasionally with the pan drippings while baking.

SERVING
14 Serve hot.
