Many Way Meatballs

Ingredients
Beef - 1 pound, ground
Fine Dry Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Egg - 1, lightly beaten
Canned Cheddar Cheese or Cream of Celery or Golden Mushroom - 1, 11 ounces
Water - 2 to 4 tablespoons
Parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Combine the beef, breadcrumbs and salt
2) Using the hands shape into 16 meatballs
MAKING
3) Into a skillet, fry the meatballs, draining off the excess fat
4) Mix the soup, water and chopped parsley
5) Cover the saucepan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes

SERVING
6) Serve the meat balls with hot white rice
