1. In bowl, combine beef, pork, egg, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin and cinnamon to mix well and shape into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls.
2. On microwave roasting rack, arrange meatballs, cover with waxed paper and microwave at High for 3 minutes, turn them over and rotate rack.
3. Cover with waxed paper, microwave at High for 2 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
4. On serving plates transfer the meatballs gently and serve along with tangy sauce as desired.
