Porcupine Meat Balls

This is a surprisingly simple recipe for Porcupine Meat Balls - unusually rich and delicious with flavors most of us like to savor. This Porcupine Meat Balls is great accompaniment to meal or to serve for special occasions.
Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato puree 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, rice and onion
2) Using the hands, shape into balls
3) In a skillet, add in the oil, fry the beef balls till browned
4) Add in the tomato puree, water, green pepper and sugar and mix well
5) Cover the skillet, and simmer for 40 minutes till the rice becomes tender

SERVING
6) Serve the dish warm
