Ingredients
For the meatballs
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Sausage 1 Pound
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Old fashioned oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
For the sauce
  Ketchup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F before baking.

MAKING
2) Mix together the ingredients for meatballs and then shape the mixture into 1-in balls.
3) In a baking pan, place the meatballs in a single layer.
4) Mix together the sauce ingredients and pour this over meatballs.
5) Bake for 1 hour in preheated oven until done.

SERVING
6) Serve at once.
