Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Crushed unsweetened pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Whole wheat bread slice 2 , crumbled
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot at 350°

MAKING
2) In a bowl mix all ingredients.
3) Divide using 1 heaping tablespoon mixture for each and shape into meatballs.
4) Arrange on rack in baking pan.
5) Bake for 30 minutes until done.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
