Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound, ground
  Dry bread crumbs 3 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Onion flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), packed
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven for 350°c

MAKING
2) In a bowl, add ground beef, 1/3 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3) Divide and shape into 1-inch meatballs.
4) Put the mixture in jellyroll pan.
5) Bake for 18 minutes until brown.
6) Put in slow cooker.
7) In a bowl, mix 1-cup ketchup, brown sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce.
8) Pour the sauce over meatballs.
9) Cook covered on low for 4 hours.

SERVING
10) Serve hot.
