|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Ground pork||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon zest||1 Tablespoon, grated|
1. Mix all the ingredients well and form into small balls.
2. In a frypan heat 2 Tbsps olive oil and fry the balls in batches until brown and crispy.
3. Serve with a yoghurt sauce made by mixing 3 Tbsps yoghurt, 1 Tbsp chopped green onions and 1 tsp oregano.
