Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients
  Butter 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 2
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Ground beef 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Beat 1/2 cup of the butter with the cream cheese.
Peel and slice the onions.
Melt the remaining butter and fry the onion slices until softened and golden brown.
Mix the meats with the onions, celery salt, pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Form the mixture into balls, placing a knob of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
Leave to chill for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat the oil and fry the balls for 8 minutes, turning to brown them on all sides.
Drain on paper towels and serve with coleslaw.
