Ingredients
  Chopped cooked veal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Undiluted evaporated milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seasoned all purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat drippings 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine veal, crumbs, beaten egg, and poultry seasoning.
Shape into marble-size balls.
Roll in evaporated milk, then in flour; brown in drippings.
