GETTING READY 1) Arrange the required ingredients. MAKING 2) In a bowl, combine together eggs and milk and stir in bread crumbs, onion and 2 teaspoons salt. 3) Now add ground beef, mix well and shape into 1-inch meatballs. 4) In a large, shallow baking pan, bake meatballs, half at a time in the oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 5) On a baking sheet, arrange cooled meatballs in single layer so edges do not touch. 6) Wrap meatballs in moisture-vapor proof freezer bags, using 24 meatballs per package. 7) Seal, label and freeze.
