Herbed Turkey Meatballs
|Breadcrumbs||3 Ounce (85 Gram)|
|Turkey mince||12 Ounce (350 Gram)|
|Dried oregano||2 Teaspoon|
|Flat leaf parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
GETTING READY 1) In a large bowl, dip the breadcrumbs into milk until the crumbs have absorbed all the liquid. 2) Add in the turkey mince along with 1 tsp oregano and half parsley. 3) With the fork, mix all the ingredients and shape the mixture into 30 meatballs with wet hands. MAKING 4) In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the oil 5) Brown the meatballs, turning frequently for 5 minutes. 6) Add passata along with sugar, remaining oregano and parsley. Stir well with meatballs and cook on low flamoe for 8-10 minutes or until meatballs are fully done. FINALIZING 7) Cook the pasta with the instructions on the pack. SERVING 8) Top the meatballs with the sauce over the pasta and serve with parsley garnish.
