How to make Pork and Sage Stuffing for Christmas or Thanks Giving

Ingredients
  Sausage meat 500 Gram
  Bread crumbs 140 Gram
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Orange 1⁄2 Large, juiced
  Sage/Dried sage 1 Tablespoon
  White onion 1 Large, chopped
  Eggs 1 Large
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 190*C.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, orange zest, orange juice, sage, onions and egg. Mix it well with hands.
3. On a baking tray, place small balls of meat mixture and pop it into the oven for 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve it with desired dip.
