|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Bouquet sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Divide in half.
Shape each half into 16 meatballs, about 2 tablespoons each.
Arrange 16 meatballs in 12 x 8-in baking dish.
Microwave at High 4 1/2 to 6 minutes, or until meatballs are firm to the touch, turning over and rearranging 2 times.
Drain on paper towel.
Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Arrange cooked and drained meatballs on wax paper-lined tray.
Freeze until firm.
Wrap in two packages.
Label and freeze no longer than 2 months.
Serve with Spaghetti Sauce or Sweet & Sour Sauce.
