Middle Eastern Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
For meatballs
  Lean ground lamb 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Dry mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For sauce
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled and coarsely chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend meatball ingredients in medium bowl.
Form into 12 meatballs.
Place on roasting rack; cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Rearrange meatballs.
Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes longer, or until meat is no longer pink.
Set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients in 12x8-in baking dish; cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes, or until green pepper is tender.
Add meatballs; cover.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes to reheat.
