Cocktail Party Meatballs
|Lean ground beef||2 Pound|
|Grated potato||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), peeled|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Chili sauce||13 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Grape jelly||5 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper Form into small meat balls and set aside.
Blend remaining ingredients in large skillet over medium heat.
Add meat balls.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer meatballs to chafing dish or fondue pot.
Skim excess fat from sauce.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
