Baked Turkey Meatballs

This week we’re rerunning one of our Thanksgiving episodes–Turkey Meatballs. Meatballs are not only easy to make with kids, but they’re fun too. All that squishing of meat and forming into balls–need I say more. Watch as Alex and Sophie share their secrets for our Thanksgiving Turkey Meatballs.
Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (We Recommend Panko)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and squish all together with your hands (kids love this part).
2. When everything is well mixed together, form into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls.
3. Place on a foil covered baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
