|Reconstituted nonfat dry milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Hot cooked rice/Noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix first 6 ingredients; mix in meat.
Shape into 30 balls; brown in hot fat.
Drain off fat.
Blend soup and 2/3 cup water; pour over meat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
