|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs) (4 Slices)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground beef||3 Pound|
In large bowl beat eggs.
Stir in milk, crumbs, onion, and salt.
Add meat and mix well.
With wet hands, shape meat mixture into 72 meatballs.
Arrange 18 balls in 9-inch pie plate.
Cook at MEDIUM or COOK POWER 5 (50%) for 8 minutes, turning meatballs and rearranging twice.
Repeat till all are cooked.
Place cooked meatballs on baking pan and place in freezer just till frozen.
Using 24 meatballs per package, place in moisture-vaporproof containers or bags.
Seal, label, and freeze.
Makes 3 freezer portions, 24 meatballs each.
