Beef And Pork Meatballs
|Lean ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Lean ground pork||1⁄4 Pound|
|Tomato juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Bread slice||1 , soaked in water and squeezed dry|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
Shape into 20 to 24 meatballs.
Arrange in circle on microwave-safe rack set over plate or dish.
Cover with waxed, paper and cook on High 7 to 9 minutes, rotating rack if meatballs are cooking unevenly
