Lemon Zucchini Meatballs

Ingredients
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Young One)
  Grated fresh lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon (Take Plenty)
Directions

Soak bread crumbs in milk then mix thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients.
Shape into 32 walnut-size balls.
Lay in shallow pan, cover with foil, and refrigerate until ready to make stew.
