Basil Meatballs

Ingredients
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Fine rusk crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Combine the cream and water, then add the crumbs.
Combine the remaining ingredients except the butter and mix well, then add the rusk mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Shape into balls, then brown in a small amount of butter.
Serve hot.
May be served with potatoes or spaghetti.
