Appetizer Ham Balls
|Pork||3⁄4 Pound, ground|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (seasoned)|
|Tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (condensed)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), packed|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In medium bowl, thoroughly mix ham, pork, bread crumbs and egg. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer in 12- by 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on high 8 minutes or until meatballs are firm, rearranging meatballs once during cooking. Spoon off fat. Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
2. In 4-cup glass measure, combine soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes or until bubbling, stirring once during cooking.
3. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover; microwave on high 3 minutes or until heated through.
