Meatballs With Mint
|Ground lamb/Ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped to about 1/4 cup|
|Chopped fresh mint/1 tablespoon dried mint||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mint sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Mix all ingredients except Mint Sauce. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2-inch balls. Arrange, sides not touching, in square dish, 8x8x2 inches.
2. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, rearranging meatballs after 3 minutes, until no longer pink inside; drain. Prepare Mint Sauce; serve with meatballs.
