Meatballs With Mint

Ingredients
  Ground lamb/Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped to about 1/4 cup
  Chopped fresh mint/1 tablespoon dried mint 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Mint sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except Mint Sauce. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2-inch balls. Arrange, sides not touching, in square dish, 8x8x2 inches.
2. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, rearranging meatballs after 3 minutes, until no longer pink inside; drain. Prepare Mint Sauce; serve with meatballs.
