|Ground beef||3 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, grated|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Catsup||14 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Canned beer||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
Combine the beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
Shape into bite-sized meatballs.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then drop the meatballs carefully into sauce.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve in sauce in a chafing dish.
