|Regular all-purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Bottled, For Gravy)|
1. In medium bowl mix together beef, rice, bread crumbs, salt, and 1/3 cup buttermilk; shape into 25 walnut-size meat balls.
2. Melt butter in large skillet; in it brown meat balls on all sides, turning as needed. Pour water over meat balls; simmer, covered, over low heat, 30 minutes, or until meat balls are done and rice is tender. Remove from skillet.
3. In small bowl mix 1 cup buttermilk with flour to form a paste; stir into liquid in skillet; add gravy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Return meat balls to gravy; heat until warm.
