Sweet Sour Meat Balls
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Fine stale bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil/Bacon dripping||2 Tablespoon|
|Sweet sour sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Mix the first nine ingredients together.
Chill the mixture, then form into 30 small balls.
Brown the meat shapes in hot oil, shaking the pan occasionally to turn them over.
Lift them into a serving dish.
Prepare Sweet-Sour Sauce and pour over the meatballs, cover and refrigerate until the next night.
Heat at 350F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
