Turkey Meatballs

  Vegetable oil spray 1
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread slices 1 1⁄2
  Freshly ground turkey 1 Pound, skin removed before grinding
  Freshly ground turkey 1 Pound (Skin Removed Before Grinding)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Chopped fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Ounce (1/3 cup)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly spray a broiler pan with vegetable oil.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm milk.
Tear bread into pieces into a small bowl.
Pour warm milk over bread.
Let soak about 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess milk.
In a bowl, blend bread, turkey, garlic, onion, parsley, cheese, egg, nutmeg and pepper; blend well.
Shape mixture into small balls about the size of pecan shells.
Dust with flour.
Place meatballs on a prepared broiler pan and bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Preheat broiler.
Broil meatballs until brown on all sides, stirring often.
