|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
In bowl combine egg and 1/4 cup of the tomato soup.
Stir in the uncooked rice, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape meat mixture in 20 small bals; place in 10-inch skillet.
Mix remaining soup with water and Worcestershire; pour over meatballs.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes; stir often.
