|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Lightly spray a broiler pan with vegetable oil.
In a bowl, combine turkey, rice, onion, oil and seasonings.
Stir to mix well.
Shape into 15 1-inch balls and broil on broiler pan turning meatballs until they are browned evenly on all sides.
In a saucepan, combine tomato juice, chili powder and bell pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add meatballs, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
