Crunchy Meatballs

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Lean ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned water chestnuts 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (1 Can)
  Teriyaki sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, combine beef, pork, eggs, salt, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic salt and water chestnuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Arrange on a rack in broiler pan.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes in preheated oven or until meatballs are browned throughout.
Drain and discard drippings.
Pour teriyaki sauce into a small bowl.
