Sweet And Sour Meat Balls

  Ground round 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 Large, cut into small pieces
  Canned pineapple slice 2 , cut into pieces
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Shape meat into small balls.
Combine egg, flour, salt and pepper to make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Dip meat balls in batter and fry until brown on all sides.
Remove meat balls from skillet and keep warm.
In 1 tbs fat add 1/2 cup chicken bouillon, green pepper and pineapple pieces.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 min.
Blend remaining ingredients and add to skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened.
Return meat balls to sauce and heat.
