Chilli Meatballs

Ingredients
  Lean minced beef 500 Gram
  Onion 1 , grated
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced chili 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Grated fresh ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tamarind sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Ghee/Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except ghee, in bowl, form into small balls about 2.5cm in diameter.
2. Heat browning dish on HIGH for eight minutes, add ghee and meatballs, cook on HIGH for six minutes, turn over halfway during cooking. Drain on absorbent paper.
